Rules

General Rules

1. Drug & Alcohol Use – You may not be on duty while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This applies to all roles, especially LEO and Fire/EMS.
2. Priorities / Large Scenes – No priority scenes when 5 or fewer LEO are active. This includes robberies, shootings, pursuits, bomb threats, etc.
3. OOC vs IC – Do not use out-of-character information in roleplay.
4. Stay In Character – Remain in character at all times unless interacting with staff.
5. Respect Everyone – No harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior.
6. No Exploiting – Do not use bugs, glitches, or third-party tools (crosshairs, packs, menus, etc.).
7. No Advertising – Do not promote other communities or services.
8. Follow Staff Instructions – Staff decisions must be respected at all times.
9. Keep RP In-Game – Do not bring in-game issues into Discord or vice versa.
10. Use Common Sense – Keep all actions realistic.
11. Police Vehicle Misuse – Police may not use vehicles to apprehend suspects.
12. No OOC Insults – Harassment or insults outside of RP are not tolerated.
13. No Racism / Derogatory Language – Any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited.
14. Win/Lose Mentality – RP does not always go your way. Accept outcomes realistically.

RDM / VDM

1. No RDM – Killing or attempting to kill without proper RP is forbidden.
2. No VDM – Using vehicles as weapons is strictly prohibited.

Examples of RDM/VDM:

• Running over random players.
• Shooting players without interaction.
• Attacking random groups with no RP.

Valid Examples:

• Gang conflicts with proper buildup.
• Police using justified force.

Powergaming

1. No Powergaming – Do not force actions or outcomes onto other players.

Examples:

• Forcing hostage situations with no RP.
• Arresting without interaction.
• Using /me or /do information unfairly.

Valid Examples:

• Robberies with hostages.
• Blocking vehicles during pursuits.

Metagaming

1. No Metagaming – Do not use outside information for in-game advantage.

Examples:

• Using Discord to coordinate active RP.
• Stream sniping.
• Sharing locations OOC.

Fail Roleplay

1. No Fail RP – All actions must be realistic and immersive.

Examples:

• Unrealistic driving.
• Ignoring injuries.
• Baiting police.

Fear RP

1. Value Your Life – If held at gunpoint, you must comply realistically.
2. No Fear RP Consequences – If you do not comply and are downed, you must follow NLR and a 48-hour coma.
3. Power Shift – Situations must adapt when control shifts between parties.

Roleplaying Injuries

1. RP Injuries Properly – Act realistically based on injury severity.
2. Downed State – No communication while incapacitated.
3. No Returning – You cannot return to a scenario after being downed.
4. Follow EMS RP – Medical instructions must be followed.

LEO Rules

1. Use of Force – Shooting from vehicles only in extreme situations.
2. Bodycam Requirement – No evidence = staff discretion.
3. Cuffing – If cuffed, you must comply.
4. Character Separation – Do not mix gang and police characters.
5. Vehicle Identification – Plates must be visible to be identified.
6. Corrupt RP – Must be approved by staff.
7. LEO vs LEO – Must involve supervisors.

LEO / FD Rules

1. Professionalism – Must be maintained at all times on duty.
2. Radio Usage – Must be used professionally and realistically.

Kidnapping / Hostages

1. LEO Kidnapping – Requires staff approval.
2. No Repeated Targeting – Do not repeatedly target the same player.
3. Proper Transport – Hostages must be transported realistically.
4. No Motorcycles – Hostages cannot be carried on motorcycles.

Robberies

1. No Bank Account Theft – Only take what is on the player.
2. No Job Site Camping – Do not farm players at work locations.
3. Vehicle Rules – Motorcycles restricted unless enough LEO are active.
4. Impound Penalties – Vehicles used in crimes will have penalties.

Gang Activity

1. One Gang Per Player – No multiple characters in same gang.
2. No Gang Jumping – Must wait before joining another gang.
3. No Snitching Entire Gangs – Do not ruin RP progression.
4. Cooldowns – Raids and wars have cooldown periods.
5. No Griefing – Do not repeatedly attack the same players.
6. Fair Play – Do not steal entire gang resources when leaving.
7. Temporary Alliances Only – No permanent alliances.
8. Gang Wars – Must be organized and approved.
9. No Metagaming – Applies heavily to gangs.
10. Hostage Rules – Must be properly initiated before restraining.

Business Rules

1. Active RP Required – Must roleplay while on duty.
2. No Abuse of Funds – Do not exploit business or society money.
3. Fair Transactions – All services must be properly billed.
4. No AFK Paychecks – Must actively roleplay to earn income.

Streaming Rules

1. Follow Platform TOS – All streams must follow platform rules.
2. No ERP Streaming – Not allowed under any circumstances.
3. No Stream Sniping – Results in permanent ban.
4. Respect Streamers – Follow their requests if watching.
5. No Meta Influence – Do not influence RP through streams.
6. No Harassment – Do not speak negatively about players or staff on stream.
7. Clips as Evidence – Must be supported by in-game RP tools.

Server Activity

1. Supervisor Activity – Must remain active weekly.
2. Group Leadership – Inactive leaders may be replaced.
3. Inactive Groups – May be reassigned or removed.
4. Business Responsibility – Owners must manage staff and payments.
